Jakub Wagner, born in 1988 in Warsaw, Poland, received the M.Sc. degree in biomedical engineering in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree (with honours) in electronics in 2020, both from Warsaw University of Technology, where he is currently employed as assistant professor. He has co-authored ca. 30 research publications, including 5 papers in reviewed international journals and 5 book chapters. His scientific activities are focused on biomedical and healthcare applications of mathematical tools and algorithms for the analysis of measurement data. He has taken part in one international and one Polish research project related to the healthcare-oriented monitoring of independently-living elderly persons.
